These terms apply to the Pennykin app and its service, provided by Zagir Nurgaliev. Your use of the app downloaded from the App Store is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The app
Pennykin is a tool for keeping track of your own budget. It does not move money, connect to banks or give financial advice. You are responsible for the data you enter.
Pennykin Plus
- Pennykin Plus is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Plus lets the organizer share a family with up to six people in total. If the organizer’s subscription ends, sync and invitations stop for that family; everyone keeps their budget on their devices.
Your account
You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or other people.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for data you did not keep on your device. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the new effective date above.
